Hendersonville, NC March 17, 2025: Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) announced Chris Comeaux’s recent membership in the esteemed Global Organization Design Society (GO Society). The GO Society is a global professional association dedicated to increasing the awareness and skilled knowledge of Requisite Organization Design.
Inspired by the work of Wilfred Brown and Elliott Jaques, Global Organization Design is a commitment to the conceptual and practical advancement of Requisite Organization, Stratified Systems Theory, and other related technologies for designing and managing organizations that are both effective in their performance and supportive of the people who staff them. Requisite Organization Design is an accountability-based system to implement the strategy in managerial employment hierarchies that match levels of work complexity and human capability to design an integrated system of structure, staffing, policies, processes, and practices. The benefits are organizational effectiveness, fulfilled people, and organizations designed for value creation, sustainability, and social well-being
Chris Comeaux, Teleios Collaborative Network President/CEO explains the membership is significant because there are a limited number of RO experts and resources worldwide. “The concepts that the Global Design Society is based on draws from the late Elliott Jacques's work around Requisite Organization, which is wisdom and principles by which all organizations should be aware of and absolutely should be composed based upon,” Chris said. “We live at a time where issues like communication, culture, lack of performance are all misdiagnosed as other things when the core reason is how they are designed. Almost like a car out of alignment that keeps pulling in a bad direction.”
Teleios Collaborative Network is a nonprofit organization that has created a clinically integrated network that shares expert leadership, industry best practices, and resources with its member organizations. The goal of TCN’s collaboration is to harness the best of each hospice and enable the network to care for the patients and families in each community served. There are over 3,500 hospice patients and over 4,300 palliative patients in its network. TCN was founded in 2017 by Four Seasons and Carolina Caring and co-founded by AMOREM and Mountain Valley organizations. TCN is currently comprised of seventeen member organizations across eleven states.
