Teleios Announces Addition of Adoray Home Health and Hospice as Associate Member

Hendersonville, NC, June 18, 2026: Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) announced the addition of Adoray Home Health and Hospice as an associate member.  Since 1995, Adoray has been a not-for-profit, community-based healthcare agency dedicated to providing expert physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families throughout the stages of serious illness.  Adoray has served over 20,000 patients and is recognized for the comprehensive hospice, palliative care, home health and rehab therapy services provided in patient’s’ homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the St. Croix River Valley of western Wisconsin.  Adoray is a program of St. Croix Valley Shared Services, Inc., a not-for-profit agency sponsored by Western Wisconsin Health and St. Croix Regional Medical Center.

Teleios Collaborative Network is a nonprofit organization that has created a clinically integrated network sharing expert leadership, industry best practices, and resources with its member organizations.  The goal of TCN’s collaboration is to harness the best of each hospice and enable the network to care for the patients and families in each community served. There are over 3,500 hospice patients and over 4,300 palliative patients in its network.  TCN was founded in 2017 by Four Seasons and Carolina Caring and co-founded by AMOREM and Mountain Valley organizations.  TCN is currently comprised of twenty-four member organizations across fourteen states.
