Hendersonville, NC October 10, 2022: Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) has been ranked No.14 in the nation under the healthcare supplier category in Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work award program.Modern Healthcare partnered with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey. While this program has evolved over the years, its mission remains the same: recognizing workplaces that empower employees to provide patients and customers the best possible care, products, and services.

Chris Comeaux, President and CEO of TCN said, “I am incredibly proud of our TCN team and the culture we have all built together. A culture is a curious thing, it is a tapestry that is woven together via our day-to-day interactions. What we have built at TCN is unique because each team member brings something unique to the table. The collisions of day-to-day discussions, debates, question-asking, challenging one another, being vulnerable, and open and honest communication all weave together this special place we call TCN; and Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work recognition is a good affirmation we are on the right track.”

“The rankings affirm what we all know - that Teleios Collaborative Network is a fantastic place to work,” said Annette Kiser, Chief Compliance Officer of TCN.

TCN was honored at the 2022 Best Places to Work Gala on Thursday, September 29th. This is the second consecutive year TCN has made the list.

Members of TCN, Carolina Caring, Carolina Caring’s Pace at Home, and Hospice of Rockingham County were also awarded rankings in the top fifty of direct service providers.

TCN is a nonprofit organization that has created a clinically integrated network that shares expert leadership, industry best practices, and resources with its member organizations, allowing community-based, nonprofit hospice and palliative care agencies to continue their work of providing compassionate care for those facing serious illness or the end of life. TCN was founded in 2017 by Four Seasons and Carolina Caring and co-founded by AMOREM and Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care. TCN is currently comprised of twelve member organizations and serves in North Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Texas, Idaho, Utah, and Maryland.
