William was a Director in Guidehouse’s Value Transformation healthcare practice.  He is an experienced physician executive and healthcare consultant specializing in population health management and the formation and optimization of Clinically Integrated Networks.  Formerly the Chief Medical Officer of El Camino Hospital in Silicon Valley, Dr. Faber has also been the chief executive or regional director of three physician groups and in those roles has led successful efforts to align provider incentives through compensation reform, governance and operational support.

He assists healthcare executives with the legal, governance, technological, cultural transformation, and leadership challenges of all forms of pay-for-value reimbursement, specifically engaging physicians through governance, the development of clinical programs, workflow and HIT optimization and the care management infrastructure required to ensure success in payment systems that reward efficiency and quality. Recognized as a leader who works collaboratively with providers and key stakeholders to achieve strategic, financial and operational goals.
