Jamie is a problem solver. Before joining Teleios Collaborative Network, Jamie was the Managing Partner for multiple healthcare organizations in Louisiana as well as the CEO and partner for one of the most respected hospices in South Louisiana, Heart of Hospice, providing executive oversight in early 2011. His valuable insight and direction provided continued success and growth for Heart of Hospice until its sale in 2014.
In his early carrier, Jamie was the COO for a national healthcare diagnostic imaging company, COL Management, for eleven years. In this role, he managed operations for all of its holdings, which included billing companies, real estate holdings, and twenty-three imaging centers across the country. During his tenure, he helped create the necessary corporate infrastructure for the growing organization, including department development such as Human Resources, Managed Care Contracting, Corporate Compliance, and many others. Jamie guided marketing initiatives, negotiated vendor agreements, steered network design, and information system implementation. He led the Executive Team in some of its mergers, acquisitions, and all start-ups.
Currently, he is providing coaching to CEOs and executives throughout the United States. Partnering with his clients from hospitals to start-ups across multiple industries, Jamie has guided multiple projects such as accounts receivable clean up, organizational restructuring, IT initiatives, process improvements, and competency development. Through his consulting firm, HP3, he now offers management services and operational execution.
Jamie was born and raised in south Louisiana where he currently resides with his wife and their three children. He received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in addition to his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management. In 2016 he completed his MLAS (Master of Leadership Arts and Sciences) with The Thayer Institute.
He has remained with the Thayer Institute as a board member.
