D’Ann Redd is currently the HR Recruiter for Teleios as a part of Support Services.  Her former experience includes Marketing Management, Healthcare Education, and Health Promotion at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.  Developing pivotal partnerships during her tenure at Meharry has lent to cultivating long lasting corporate relationships in the healthcare Industry.  D’Ann expanded her expertise in the healthcare industry when she joined the search firm, DHG Search, a recruitment arm of Dixon Hughes Goodman.  She became an Executive Healthcare Recruiter which encompassed business development, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, credentialing, negotiating, and serving as the liaison between clients and candidates.  During her tenure at DHG Search, D’Ann served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, assisted in grassroots efforts of culture shifting, and assisted clients with retainment strategies.

D’Ann received her undergraduate degree in Communications Studies with a concentration in Public Relations from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Master of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University.
