Chris Comeaux

President / CEO

Chris Comeaux (KO-mo) CPA, MLAS is an award-winning leadership expert and lifelong student of what makes individuals and organizations thrive. He lives by two simple questions: How can I help? and Where can I provide value? That mindset has shaped a career focused on building high-performance leaders and high-performance organizations—through learning, coaching, writing, podcasting, and hands-on operational leadership.

Chris is the President/CEO of Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) and Teleios Consulting Group (TCG), and the author of the award-nominated book The Anatomy of Leadership. He is also the host of TCN Talks, the leading podcast in the hospice and palliative care space, featuring candid conversations with national voices on leadership, strategy, innovation, and the future of serious illness care.

TCN is over twenty members strong across twelve states and has been named by Modern Healthcare as one of America’s Best Places to Work in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021. Over the years, Chris has become nationally known for leadership in hospice and palliative care, including a substantial portion of his career as President/CEO of Four Seasons in Western North Carolina, a two-time American Hospital Association Circle of Life Award winner.

In 2020, Chris helped co-found Teleios Consulting Group (TCG), bringing the leadership system and organizing principles developed within TCN to clients across the U.S. As Chris often says, “If the principles and tools we teach work in hospice and palliative care, they will work in any business.”

Chris began his hospice career in 1997 at Covenant Hospice in Pensacola, Florida. Earlier in his career, he worked with KPMG Peat Marwick and participated in the Executive Development Program of Cooper Industries, a Fortune 100 company. Chris is married to Deshia, and together they’re have five children. He enjoys the outdoors, reading, learning, and hiking the mountains of Western North Carolina.
