Alyson Cutshall

Chief Growth Officer

Alyson Cutshall is Chief Growth Officer at Teleios Collaborative Network. A Master Social Worker by training, she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and an MSW from the University of Georgia.

She began her hospice career in 2003 as a social worker, where she developed a deep commitment to the hospice philosophy and its power to improve quality of life for patients and families. After nearly three years in direct care, Alyson transitioned into hospice sales and quickly discovered her passion for expanding access to exceptional end-of-life care. That mission led her into sales leadership, where she built a track record of driving growth while keeping patient access at the center of the work.

Before joining TCN, Alyson built her career in sales leadership across the for-profit hospice industry. As Vice President of Sales, she helped one provider achieve the leading market share in Tennessee, expand organically into another state, and complete the acquisition of a statewide provider. She later spent nearly three years with the nation’s largest for-profit hospice organization, traveling nationwide to effect positive growth outcomes and equip teams through education, strategic guidance, and leadership development.

At Teleios Collaborative Network, Alyson partners with not-for-profit hospice organizations to build and operationalize sustainable growth strategies that increase market share and expand patient access. She has built and developed a consultative sales framework centered on the value hospice providers bring to the broader healthcare continuum, helping organizations strengthen performance, achieve strategic goals, and serve more patients with excellence.

Alyson lives in Greeneville, Tennessee, with her husband, Stephen, and their son, MacCormack.
