In this podcast, Chris interviews Andrew Molosky and Chuck Lee regarding their recent merger of Chapters Health System and Cornerstone Hospice.  Andrew is the President and CEO of [Chapters Health System](https://www.chaptershealth.org/) & Chuck Lee is the Chief Administrative Officer and President of Hospice Operations and Board Chair of all Hospice Affiliates for Chapters Health System.  Andrew’s and Chuck’s organizations coming together (Chapters and Cornerstone) are early movers in what is sure to be a trend throughout the non-profit hospice sector. 

Andrew and Chuck share why their organizations chose to come together, and they share some of the quick wins they are looking for in their organizations.  They also share some of the challenges they anticipate and their vision for the future.  Finally, they share some advice for others considering combos of their own.  This is a great educational listen for leaders and team members who are considering or might be considering or should be considering combinations of their own.
