Mary Jo Powers is the Director of Four Seasons Home Care since 2019. Mary Jo received her MSW from UNC and has spent the last 30 years in non-profit management. She is passionate about helping those in need and providing the best care possible.
Mary Jo is excited to be joining the exceptional Home Care team that earned recognition from Home Care Pulse for being the Best Home Care 2019, in the areas of Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice, and Leader in Excellence. She is committed to continuing that tradition.
Mary Jo enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and just spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Jill Rosenberg is the Director of Nursing of Four Seasons Home Care. Jill joined Four Seasons in 2015. She had previously spent 20 years delivering hospice care in New York City. She has always been a believer in the interdisciplinary approach in order to provide the best care physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Joining the team at Four Seasons Home Care as of this year, she is very excited about providing quality care to those in our community who have a desire to stay at home, wherever that home may be. Fully dedicating herself to the FSHC mission of “Positively Impacting Lives”, Jill loves working with her administrative team and the caregivers.
Along with spending time with family and friends, she loves to dance, read, volunteer in the Four Seasons Home Store, and simply enjoy living in this scenic mountain area we call home.
Ally Walden is the Care Coordinator at Four Seasons Home Care. Ally is committed to making sure that every client’s needs and expectations are met to the desire and comfort of the client and family. Ally positively impacts the lives of clients, families
and colleagues with her ability to build relationships.
Being a native of Hendersonville and having an energetic daughter, Ally loves the mountains and the wonders they behold. Hiking, waterfall seeking, and being outdoors are some of the various activities she enjoys in her spare time.
Earning her BA degree in education from North Greenville University, Ally was a teacher since graduating in 2012. But now she is using her excellence in working with others through communication, computer skills, and other strengths to serve our community members.
Shannon Hill is Four Seasons Home Care’s Scheduling Coordinator. She works with clients, client families, and caregiver. She makes sure that
individualized schedules meet their expectations while also working with the caregivers to guarantee they are satisfied with their work schedules. client’s
Shannon comes with 19 years of experience in scheduling, which makes her an expert in this field. As a former C.N.A., Shannon knows both sides of the job, which makes her excellent at understanding clients and caregivers needs. She strives to put the correct caregiver in the home of your loved one, so the best care can be provided.
She came to this area from Tennessee about 11 years ago. She cherishes her family time, so when she has any free time she enjoys spending time with her children and granddaughters.
Jenny Martin, CHPNA
Jenny is the Four Seasons Home Care Staff Coordinator. She is responsible for training and development with our new hire caregivers as well as our current staff. She promotes a supportive team environment and makes sure each client is matched with a compatible, competent caregiver.
Jenny’s 9 years of working as a CNA with Four Seasons have afforded her specific expertise in training our caregivers. She is always understanding, compassionate, supportive and detailed.
In her off time, she loves visiting her 3 adult children, 2 beautiful granddaughters, family, and close friends. Jenny is an excellent baker who creatively bakes cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. She also enjoys painting, being outdoors, sightseeing and the beach.
